Walking through Villa Obregon is reminiscent of taking a trip across several continents. It is decorated with a tasteful mix of Spanish architecture, Art-Deco, English and colonial styles creating different ambiences, yet similar mood, throughout the three different floors.
When you first walk in, you will be welcomed by a spacious entrance hall, marble floors and a grandiose staircase that leads to the upstairs area.
Off the entrance, you will find a large fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the art equipment.
In the centre of the house lies the cozy living room and dining room area, with floor-to-ceiling bay windows offering plenty of natural light, and breathtaking views of Malaga
Panoramic views over the sprawling landscape and across the Mediterranean can be admired from the sun-drenched terrace that features a sparking pool., surrounded by lush exotic gardens, a shaded dining area with barbecue, and a chill-out area with outdoors stereo.
You can access the first floor via the marble stairwell, where you will find three magnificent wooden-floored bedrooms as serene as the next.
Each room features its own color scheme and personality, a striking nod to local artist Pablo Picasso' palette and his famous colour periods.

In the centre of both, sits the master suite, the "Green Room", with a double bed (180x200 cm), and a humongous en suite bathroom with its vanity dressing table.
The stairs finally lead you to the top floor of this gorgeous home where you will find the Attic, which can be used as a bedroom, a study, or a working space. The Attic features a double sofa bed, as well as its own bathroom, and boasts knockout seascape views.
This stunning property is located only minutes from Malaga city center and the Pedregalejo beach.
To fully enjoy the area, we strongly recommend a car. For your convenience, there is a gated private parking inside the property.
This one-of-a-kind holiday home in Malaga is ideal for 8 guests but can accommodate up to 10 guests upon request. There is a separate private apartment across from the pool that can sleep 2 extra guests.
For your convenience, we can also offer a private parking space located in the historic centre of Malaga to use when you decide to go downtown. This is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.
We can organize grocery shopping in advance of your arrival. For more information, contact us at the time of booking.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Obregón in Málaga as a surprise family holiday for my Dad’s 60th Birthday. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and feels very luxurious. The master suite is to die for! We made good use of the outdoor spsee more
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Obregón in Málaga as a surprise family holiday for my Dad’s 60th Birthday. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and feels very luxurious. The master suite is to die for! We made good use of the outdoor space with the bbq and outdoor dining area. The pool is fabulous and the sea views around the coast line are gorgeous. It’s quite a steep uphill walk to the villa but there are stairs down to the beach. It’s also only a 10 min walk to the nearest supermarket which has a great selection of most things you might need. Staying here definitely made our holiday that extra bit special and is something we will always remember and talk about for years to come. Would 100% recommend.

Unfortunately we had a very rainy visit - which meant the non heated pool was too cold for use. The only other item to note is that the walk up the hill is a bit of an effort as very steep (<5 mins). Other positives - fish cafe nearest is excellent for fish on bbq on beach plus has kids play area & zip line, you can walk to old town (50 mins) along promenade with lots of places to stop for kids, there’s a huge park behind the house with a play park & fantastic views, taxi back from town very easy to get and €10, little local store has all basics covered

The house was perfect for us and our 3 kids. The home is beautiful - even nicer than the pictures! Very spacious and in a wonderful neighborhood. We wanted to be able to see Malaga but stay in an area that was quiet. That’s exactly what we got - the see more

We wanted to be able to see Malaga but stay in an area that was quiet. That’s exactly what we got - the neighborhood is a 10-minute drive to the city but only a walk to the beach and super quiet at night. The house had everything we needed - even floaties for the kids and toys for the pool. We look forward to returning to Malaga and staying here again - it was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Obregon with a full house of family including children, parents, and grandparents. Standout aspects of the home included truly spectacular views of the seaside, the lovely garden and sparkling pool where we spent hoursee more
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Obregon with a full house of family including children, parents, and grandparents. Standout aspects of the home included truly spectacular views of the seaside, the lovely garden and sparkling pool where we spent hours upon hours sunning and swimming, and the well-appointed kitchen and patio where my chef husband had everything he needed to prepare and serve meals for our large group. The villa is located about a 10 minute taxi ride to town and a 20 minute walk to the village at Pedragalejo. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk down the hill. Our agenda was pretty relaxed and the villa was a very pleasant home base. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All in all a great stay!
