We were very pleased with the apartment. It was well located, comfortably decorated, the kitchen well-equipped. Our month-long stay was greatly enhanced by the efficient and helpful way in which the exceptionalstaff of the Malaga office dealt with all our needs. We have rented many places in many countries and we have never had a better experience.experience has never been better.

The place is so wonderful. Clean neat and nice neighborhood, the owner was so generous and cool. And respond so fast for any of our questions and was helpful. I highly recommend the apartment.

The location was perfect for us and the property was very clean. The apartment layout was fantastic and the kitchen was so big by Spain standards! We used the washer/dryer combo often and the provided cloth drying rack. It made trips to the beach easy. We missed a travel connection and arrived late. The agent was great about rescheduling with us. Note: late check in fee did apply. Bring noise canceling headphones if you are a light sleeper and enjoy an early bedtime because Spain Historic City Center can be loud at night (this would be true for any apt in the city’s center). The apartment’s button power room darkening shades were an awesome feature and kept the apt cooler and allowed us to take siestas. The elevator was large, quick and easy to use. Again, the location was superb and provided wonderful access to hidden gems along the smaller alleys and streets!

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Nicely updated. Comfortable beds. Great location. Dozens of restaurants within 1 block. If we find ourselves back in Malaga, this is the apartment to go back to. It is noisy at night with all the people and restaurants. For the most part the new windows and doors keep the noise out but for those who are sensitive, a white noise machine would be a good bet.

This appartment is the perfect location for visiting Malaga and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Attractions are near, lots of restaurants around, beautiful park to relax and much much more. Thank you Solaga and staff, you made our stay a vacation to remember.

This was my 4th visit to Malaga and this apartment far exceeded the others I rented. It was clean and modern and well equipped. Check in was seamless and the location was in walking distance to everything. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

Solaga is an excellent company to deal with. It is our automatic choice for the whole family. The staff are very welcoming and always ready to help and advise. Just returned after spending a week in Merced III. Our daughter is staying there in November and we are back again in December. Home from home.

The apartment is very central, located in a beautiful part of the old town. Despite having lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The Picasso Museum is 2 minutes walk, the main square and Cathedral about 5 minutes. The apartment is renovated to a high standard. It is very clean and nicely furnished.

This is an excellent family property in a great location for exploring Malaga and beyond. It’s close to the central city areas and a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you wish to go further the train station is a 15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay here. Solaga were very helpful and the whole booking process was perfect. They even let us secure our luggage in their office for a few hours on our day of departure. I would recommend this apartment and company to everyone. Thanks for making our holiday special.

Our one month stay ( february ) started with Teresa greeted us with a warm welcome and a quick orientation and shared some of her favourite restaurants.

It was our first time in Malaga and we were a little worried about the location only to find out Merced 111 is located in the heart of
of everything, we spent many afternoon in Merced square a short one minute walk away.

The suite was divided perfectly, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms sharing their own wing separate from the master. Ideal for our
extend family visit.

The central heating worked and was extremely quiet. We slept with the french doors open and felt perfectly safe at night.
The weekends did get a little noisy on the streets at night and the odd time we had to close up the suite.

Beds were very comfortable, lots of hot water.
With our extended family staying Solaga provided a 2nd coffee maker.

Great stay if you read this far, just book.

Staff communication was excellent and checkin was a breeze. The host was knowledgeable of the area and recommended some places to eat. However, the apartment was located next to several excellent restaurants. We frequented Los Marangos which was right outside the apartment. The Paella for two is very popular. The Picasso museum and Cathedral was right around the corner. The taxi, grocery story and pharmacy were also around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building had an elevator so we didn’t have to struggle with our luggage.

Damien met us at the property to hand over the keys and explained the facilities. He was also helpful in suggesting places of interest and places to eat. The location really suited us - we were very close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There were 6 of us and the apartment was specious enough and the beds were really comfortable. There was a lift available if required.

A big thank you to everyone at Solaga who were very welcoming and patient with us as we were a bit homeless on the last day waiting for our late flight. The flat itself it was gorgeous, immaculately clean, well designed, perfectly situated in the historic and pedestrian heart of the old town, iterally around the corner from shops, museums, restaurants and more. There was some noise from the street particularly at the weekends but not too obtrusive as we were on the 3rd floor (during our October stay at least.) Overall we had a lovely time staying there and it really helped us enjoy the stunning city of Malaga :)

A fabulous apartment for a stay in the old town of Malaga - perfectly placed to enjoy all the city has to offer. Modern, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Just be aware that a lot of noise drifts up from the streets below late into the night, but the double glazing does a good job of reducing it. We loved the apartment and will stay again.

This apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the active area of Málaga centre. The apartment is clean and spacious for our family of five. The beds are comfortable and the accommodations are very nice. We love being able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, beaches and sites. We stayed here over the summer and booked the same apartment for our visit for the winter holidays. The office is very helpful and attentive as well.

This place was just amazing! Perfect place for 4-6 people! We were four people accommodating there, was just perfect for us! The location is in the middle of Malaga and it is just 10min walking distance to the malagueta! The place was clean and super modern. We felt vert home there! The communication and the welcoming was amazing as well! Teresa welcomed us very nicely and gave us some recommendations about some nice location! We would come back and totally recommend the place!

Clean and modern. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Great location to walk to everything. Street noise is always common in the Old Town but the apartment has very modern windows and sound insulation made the street noise livable

The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. Everything you possibly need: washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, steam iron, AC, Netflix. Situated in the old city, many restaurants and coffee shops only a few steps away, the beach is around 10-15 mins walking distance. We‘ve had a great stay and next year we‘ll return for sure. Thank you for your hospitality and for allowing us to storage our luggage at your office on our check out day.

Hospitality, great location, new and clean apartment

Everything about this apartment was top notch. We were able to walk to the beach, all monuments and museums, the elevator and air conditioning were a luxury (not all european buildings have this). The linens were soft, the windows had shutters on the outside and automatic shades on the inside to block out the morning sun and for privacy., the kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, we were able to walk to all the best restaurants in the city, the managers were very quick to respond to our request to book a housekeeper after the 1 week mark of our stay (we stayed 2 weeks) and they helped us get a parking spot for our rental car. I highly recommend booking this apartment.

Great apartment in a fabulous area. Although it could be noisy at night on the street below because there’s a few tavernas there, the apartment’s sound insulation was very effective. Really liked dealing with Solaga - we met two people from the company both of whom were delightful and extremely helpful. The information you sent on Malaga such as events that were happening while we were there was most useful. Was great, on our final day, to be able to leave suitcases in your office as we had a very late flight. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable,

We have just returned from fantastic trip Malaga. We rented this beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of Malaga. The apartment contained everything we needed and was thoroughly cleaned. In addition, it was divided into 2 with its own toilet and bath. Perfect for 2 families, one with 2 children a total of 6 people. The next time we visit Malaga, we will use Solaga again without worry. Right from booging to homecoming, we were well informed and Solaga was at the forefront of information about transport to and from the airport in what we had late arrival and early departure from the airport.

I stayed here for four days with a group of friends. The apartment was a perfect size, beautifully decorated and in a central area of Malaga.Solaga were extremely accommodating with all our requests and always responded promptly.I will be using this company again.

This apartment is in a super location, It is quiet at night as it is on a side street. It is a lovely space and even though there were five of us , it never felt cramped. It is furnished tastefully, serviced by a lift. Contact with Solaga was prompt and helpful, will definitely use this company again

Geweldige 3 slaapkamer appartement midden in het historische centrum van Malaga. Je stapt de voordeur uit en je bent vlakbij alle restaurants etc. Schoon modern ingericht en van alle gemakken en apparatuur voorzien. De communicatie met Steffen was perfect, reageert heel snel

Apartamento moderno y muy bien equipado para que la estancia sea agradable, a destacar la limpieza del lugar que para nosotros es lo más importante.
Respecto al ruido de la calle no se puede hacer nada más, ventanas nuevas y aislantes pero es una calle muy céntrica y llena de vida.

Mes amis et moi avons été très bien reçu par Steffen. L'appartement est presque neuf, propre et agréable à vivre. il est proche du centre, des commerces et des transports en commun. Lors de notre arrivé Steffen nous a conseillé de bonnes adresses et lieux à visiter. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Die Wohnung also solches ist super! Alles sehr sauber, gut organisiert, gemütlich - es gibt nichts zu Meckern und sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, was für uns toll war. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist sehr zügig, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock mit Aufzug. Was uns allerdings nicht klar war, ist, wie lebhaft das Viertel tatsächlich ist und dass auch nachts kaum Ruhe einkehrt. Dies sollte man wissen, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat...

El apartamento está en pleno centro, es bonito y cómodo. Todo muy bien cuidado. Los colchones están en perfecto estado y uno de los baños tiene ducha. El edificio tiene ascensor pero hay 3 escalones para acceder al edificio.

Zentral gelegen und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Abends/Nacht etwas lärmig, da sich auf der einen Seite eine Einbahnstrasse und auf der anderen Seite des Hauses Lokale befinden. Lärmpegel ist aber bei geschlossenem Fenster erträglich. Wohnung ist grosszügig, hell und sauber. Einrichtungen genau wie auf den Abbildungen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Auch würden wir bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Málaga wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

We found the apartment to be perfect for our family of five. It is very clean and bright. Communication with the office was quick and efficient. Parking is a short distance. The garage is tight, and our van was the biggest vehicle I can imagine possible to get in and out of there. The neighborhood was fun with lots of bars and restaurants. Shopping is close too. We walked everywhere from the apartment and never felt it was a long distance from anything. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

Großzügig und clever geschnittene Wohnung. Komfortabel und ziemlich gemütlich. Pünktlicher und freundlicher Empfang. Einführung in die Gegebenheiten der Wohnung ohne Schnickschnack, -angenehm! Von hier aus sind wir immer auf den sonnigen Picasso-Platz - - eigentlich Place de Merced - gelaufen zur Einstimmung in den Tag. Die vielen Bars und Cafés erfüllen alle Wünsche! Die zentrale Lage hat uns animiert abends Kino, Theater und Flamenco-Abend (ein paar Häuser weiter in der kleinen Strasse, -nicht auslassen!) zu geniessen. Mein Tipp für das Management: Ein Wäscheständer zum Trockenen würde das aufwendige Trocknen in der Maschine ersparen. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Anne und Margret
