This recently-renovated apartment consists of one-bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room, dining-room and fully equipped kitchen.
There is a Murphy bed (150x190 cm pull-down bed attached to the wall) in the living room.
There are two bathrooms, one with shower and sink, the other one with shower, sink and toilet.
White walls and an open-plan layout create a free-flowing ambience primed for relaxation, complemented by heaps of natural light streaming through the large windows. Wake up early and enjoy sipping your café con leche while admiring the morning golden light dancing on the sea before spending the rest of the morning strolling along the promenade.
The Pier One (Muelle Uno) luxury marina with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops is located only minutes away. The city of Malaga is known for its great variety of museums, among which the Pompidou museum which is just arournd the corner. This holiday home in Malaga is a perfect opportunity to mix beach and culture.
Air-conditioning, heating and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property. Parking is available upon request in a building nearby for 15€ per day.

A corner Apartment remodeled in recent years with IKEA is sleek, comfortable, open, with floor to ceiling (almost) windows to a panoramic view of the beach, “boardwalk” and Mediterranean. Restaurants, bakeries (definitely try Fermento Casa de Panaderos), groceries, etc at your doorstep. A short walk to the marina area with the more restaurants, bars and shops and an open air marketplace. The old town has high end shopping, museums, alcazaba, etc and is a lovely 15 minute walkshort bus (stop in front of apartment) ride. I definitely recommend “Mediterraneo” for your vacation stay in Malaga. We loved it and will be back!

If you want an apartment overlooking the beach, with great views, this is it. This apartment is perfect for a beach holiday. The only suggestion I have for the property manager is to provide some essentials like bath gel and shampoo, and laundry detesee more

The apartment has just been fully refurbished so everything was new and in perfect working order. Solaga have been the easiest and best holiday apartment company I have ever dealt with, all the way through the process. Carlos, a company rep met us at the apartment with the keys and went through facilities then did an orientation of the area on a local map. This was our first trip to Malaga, this apartment in Malagueta is perfectly located for exploring the old town, the marina area, the parks and tons more stuff. Great place, friendly people, great food, wine, climate, culture. Residents we met talk of "The Malaga Bug" you get bitten by it and you want to stay. I can understand that. We will return. |
