Felix Saenz - Holiday Penthouse Malaga City Málaga - Apartment

We continue to enjoy the great location of this lovely top floor flat with its outside terrace overlooking the Felix Saenz square in the heart of Malaga. The location is superb, close to the central market and a short walk to all the cafes and restaurants of the Historic Centre. In addition it's close to the Alameda where you can transport links to all areas of the city and beyond. The flat is well appointed and secure with a concierge at the front desk during the day and two lifts to each floor. The communal areas are kept immaculately clean. The terrace, next to the kitchen is a bonus with a table and chairs to eat outside and enjoy the views. The flat has plenty of storage space and has a comfortable sofa and chairs together with a good size internal dining room table. Solaga staff are quick to respond to any issues during the stay. We will be back in 2026!

Excellent location, great balcony with views over the city.

For us the location of the apartment was perfect, very close to numerous restaurants, shops and services while at the same time, not in the very busy part of the city.
The bright apartment with balcony was such a pleasure to relax in.
Solaga made getting in and out very easy.

The location of this property is unbeatable, with the central market located just around the corner and every attraction within easy walking distance. The property description was spot on, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in this apartment.

Although the apartment was not available for our entire stay in Málaga, we were keen to stay there again and accepted the move after four nights.

We have already been there 3 times. The architecture of the building is as unique as the location. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. The view over Málaga is great and the small terrace is very comfortable.

This was the perfect apartment for two guests it could not have a better location, and the whole team was extremely friendly throughout our stay. Carlos was kindly able to meet us at our desired check in time and was even a bit early, then he provided us with great local information. The view from the outdoor patio is so nice that it makes it hard to leave, but when you do want to explore, everything you want is in close proximity. Would recommend it to any visitors and hope to have a chance to come back soon!

We spent a week in the Felix Saenz apaterment in October. It was perfectly located in the old town, just around the corner from the market and within easy walking distance of all the sights and many,many bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and the small balcony overlooking the square was lovely for sitting out for breakfast. Despite being so central it was quiet at night. We would book the same apartment again if coming back to Malaga.

This is a spacious apartment in a good central location. It's perfect for a couple, has a comfortable bed(very important!), lovely terrace, good kitchen, a smiling, friendly doorman and is quiet at night. We have stayed here several times, found the Solaga team efficient and responsive, Carlos met us and as always, was welcoming and professional.

The apartment is in a great location close to all the good shops, restaurants etc. We arrived before check in and Solaga was completely accommodating with communication via WhatsApp it made it easy to arrange an early meet up at the apartment so that we could drop our bags whilst the apartment was still being cleaned. We absolutely loved this little apartment which gave us everything we expected including great wifi. We also slept so well as the bed was really comfy, the curtains kept the daylight out and it was so quiet we heard no street noise being on the top floor. The views from this apartment are also great which you can enjoy from the roof terrace which has the sun until about 6pm. We loved everything about our stay and if we come back to Malaga we’ll definitely stay here again.

Excellent flat for a couple very centrally located for all of Malaga's bars, restaurants and other amenities and close to bus stops and taxi ranks. Good aircon, which was necessary even in April, and well equipped kitchen.

Solaga was right on with its recommendations for restaurants, transportation, bike rentals and sights. The apartment is perfectly located in old town, just steps away from the market, museums, restaurants,
Tapa bars and shopping. The apartment is very well appointed, very clean and quiet. Would stay there again and not hesitate to recommend it to our friends. Everyone at Solaga was friendly and very professional.

Great location in Malaga city centre. Perfect for walking around and visiting the sites. We were there during the festival in August and it was wonderful.
Surround by fabulous tapas bars. The market is vibrant and full of fresh produce and amazing fish.
The small roof terrace is large enough to sit out and read a book, or have a snack.
Or watch the world go by in the square below.

We have visited the city of Malaga many times and love it. This apartment is centrally located so within easy reach of everything from the fascinating produce market to the shops and restaurants of the town and also the beach. We have stayed in this apartment several times. Like all Solaga properties it is exceptionally comfortable and there is even a small terrace which enables guests to sit out in the sunshine. We just love it.

Compact flat but with a terrace which is excellent for breakfast or for an evening gin and tonic - perfect for a couple. Central location, quiet at night and very well equipped.

Very comfortable, especially the bed which was as comfy as our own. Everything we needed (except a decent corkscrew). Its position is excellent and a feeling of being very safe and secure. Quiet even when sitting on the terrace during the pre Christmas run up. Solaga staff very quick to respond both prior and during our visit.

Located right in the centre of the old town, close to just about everything and easy to reach from the airport by train, bustaxi. As usual Teresa gave a warm and informative welcome.

The location of the apartment could not be improved. It was within 10 minutes walk of the sea front, all the museums and top restaurants. The standard of the apartment was 5* and no expense had been spared. The service provided by Solaga was faultless - any query was handled swiftly, with no delays. Perfect English and professional yet friendly. When we arrived at Malaga Airport we had a driver waiting who took us directly to the apartment where Teresa from Solaga was waiting. She had already checked the apartment over thoroughly and had turned the air conditioning on to ensure we arrived to a cool retreat from the 35 degree heat. Perfect choice and we will book again without hesitation if it’s available.

The apartment is ideal for two people. It is well situated and within walking distance of all the attractions of this lovely city. At the same time it is quiet. Although only one bedroom, the living area is very spacious. The outside terrace is a real bonus.

We liked everything about the apartment. It was clean and comfortable. It is situated very centrally. We did not self cater as we were only staying for a few days but the kitchen is well equipped. We loved everything: the accomodation itself, the equipment (we missed nothing), the cleanliness, the bed (we were on a longer trip in Andalusia and had nowhere such a comfortable bed - with one linen each!) and of course the location right in the middle of the old town with the Atarazanas, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bakerys and of course sights and beach nearby!

The building itself is so beautiful and being able to ´live´ there for a week is just excellent. The apartment is lovely decorated and has everything you need, including a nice terrace with great views. The location couldn´t be better. Just in the centre of everything: the Atarazanas nearby, restaurants and bars just around the corner, splendid.

Location was both good and bad - good as in the middle of town ...slightly bad as it was quite noisy during the night if you wanted to leave the windows open. It was nice meeting Alex (the Sologa rep) at the apartment as he was able to tell us about the flat and useful tips for the local area.

the beauty of the apartment, building and area

Stayed in Felix Saens for one week. First night the kitchen floor was flooded due to heavy rain. Agent from Solaga arrived in 20 minutes and handled everything in the middle of the night so we could stay in the appartment. Very professional handling and follow up. We will definitely return to Malaga and Solaga. The appartment Felix Saenz was nice and located in the middle of everything. It would although have been nice with at Reading lamp beside the sofa. In the kitchen we were missing a pair of scissors and a potato peeler to open the packet with Belloto ham from the market and peel the potatoes to prepare 'patatas brava'. By the Way: The rest of the week we had beautiful weather with a few clouds and lots of sun.

The apartment is in the pedestrian zone, in the center of the the old town. The view from this beautiful and emblematic building is amazing. The apartment is well equiped and confortable. Service from Solaga was perfect. À wonderful stay!

The apartment is amazing. The balcony is incredible. Bed is comfy! But no coffeetea. Malaga is a great place to spend 4 days.

A very attractive apartment, completely quiet in spite of being so central. Very clean and contained everything required, iron, hairdryer, etc. The solaga staff were very efficient and helpful. No complaints and hope to stay there again.

Very good, comfortable apartment with good equipment for food preparation. Check in and out was very efficient and information available was excellent. Be aware, though, that none of the basics are supplied unless other guests have left them behind so you may want to bring some things with you. There is a nearby supermarket if you don't.

The people at Solaga were wonderful to deal with, responding very quickly to emails and being very helpful while we were actually at our vacation rental. Heel mooi 2 kamer appartement midden in het historische centrum. Ligging aan een leuk pleintje met diverse horeca. ‘s Avonds worden alle terrassen leeggeruimd en je hebt geen last van geluidsoverlast. Ruime woonkamer met comfortabele meubels, televisie en eethoek gedeelte met ronde glazen tafel. Afgesloten keuken, volledig ingericht met inductie kookplaat, vaatwasmachine en gewone wasmachine. Aansluitend het mooie, met bijna volledige privacy, terras met eettafel en 4 stoelen. De badkamer is niet heel groot, maar biedt alles waaronder een hele ruime inloopdouche met goede regendouche. Het gebouw heeft een centrale entree met conciërge. Hoewel in een voetgangersgebied gelegen bereikbaar met de auto en heeft een eigen P-garage.
Solaga is een hele prettige en professionele organisatie om mee samen te werken. Ontvangst was perfect, vroeger dan 15.00 uur. De schoonmaak was nog bezig, maar we konden de bagage al achterlaten, kregen de sleutel en zijn lekker gaan lunchen.
Toen het licht boven de badkamer spiegel kapot ging op een zaterdag, we er melding van maakten, stond een paar uur later al de technische man voor de deur.
Een fantastisch appartement, met een paar opmerkingen over de badkamer, zie bij verbeteren. Anders had dit appartement een 10 gescoord.
Wij komen graag terug naar Malaga en zullen dan zeker weer in een Solaga appartement verblijven.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Malaga. A l'arrivée nous avions rendez-vous avec Carlos qui nous attendait pour nous présenter l'appartement. L'accueil est irréprochable , l'appartement idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Malaga . Les commerces , restaurants , activités touristiques sont toutes à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Bien que placé en centre ville , l'appartement est très calme , les équipements modernes et fonctionnels , et , cerise le gâteau , une petite terrasse idéalement exposée pour y prendre les repas. A recommander sans hésitation
